Love renting from the storage unit everyone is so nice I recommend this to anyone who needs a storage unit at Storage Max in Tyler

We have been a customer for about 12 years. Always very accommodating and friendly. I can always count on Josh going the extra mile whenever we have needed it. Dealing with a storage from out of state is difficult but these guys help make it just a little easier!!

Quick set up! It was easy to reserve the storage room online. Josh made the process extremely easy and explained exactly where our unit was located. The unit is exactly what we needed.

I really appreciate Josh, he seen that I was having trouble checking in on the app for UHaul and came out to ask if I needed any help even though he was getting ready to close. I even rented a storage unit at a great price. I was having a stressful day but it's people like Josh who can make your day that much brighter ! Thank you Josh !!!

Storage max is a great place for all your storage needs. Liz is always very helpful with anything I need, from boxes to packing supplies and even locks for my units. Also, her knowledge on U-haul is second to none. Stop by and see her for your storage needs.

Josh is doing a great job with U-Haul. While I was there Josh convinced a prospective customer into storing with Storage Max. He even kicked me out of the office while he took the customer to a couple different units to seal the deal. I thought the guy was gonna be a ‘thanks but no-thanks’ kinda guy but Josh explained to him why he should be staying at Storage Max.

Storage Max held my assets for three years in two separate storage units. They remained in perfect condition the entire time. I also used U-Haul through them multiple times and not once did I have an issue. The staff is professional, called me by name when I interacted with them. Overall is an excellent place for storage/hauling rentals.

Good place to rent from people are nice and if I ever need to rent a storage unit again I'm going to rent from there nowhere else here in Tyler

Great and easy

They are ok folk. Movers stood us up and they worked with us as we scrambled to find new movers, let me keep my truck there a few days during the move.

We've had 4 storage buildings there for a few months, now down to one. Some climate controlled and some not. Very well laid out units, easy to access. Staff very accommodating and helpful. On a hot moving day, they had all the boxes we needed, a clean restroom, and free cold bottled water.

Rented a trailer from here. Uhaul oen trailers are pretty cheap to get for transporting bigger items.

I setup a reservation with a discount found online, but when I got to the location they had someone else's name on it. I thought that would be a problem, but the guy behind the desk was super helpful and friendly. He got me setup with another unit honoring the price. 5 stars cause good customer service can turn an experience around and they had it. Its nice to see that in a world where good customer service is a dying skill.

We are moving back to Tyler after being in California for the past three years. Storage Max has been wonderful to deal with. The facility is in a great location and is clean and well maintained. Lana, Josh and Jacob have been so nice and accommodating. They even gave us 1/2 off for the first two months rent. We would recommend Storage Max to anyone needing storage in Tyler.

Five stars? This place deserves a solid 10.9! The facility sparkled like Mr. Clean himself does the office and grounds cleaning. The inside temperature in my unit was perfect (climate controlled, of course, so my furniture and other valuables feel right at home during their stay at Storage Max)! The secure gate and well monitored premises gives me peace of mind to know that my belongings were safer than gold and jewels at Gringotts! Bring ya wife, bring ya kids, we’re storing ALL our belongings over here! But seriously, best storage in Tyler, Texas hands down.

Top notch professional and courteous staff !!! Lana couldnt have nicer and the sign up was efficient and simple. She even took the time to ensure that she was offering the fairest rate available by checking comperable competitor pricing. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone looking for extra space! The payment options are unmatched you can ecen make a payment with the nightime answering service. How simple ! Will refer to all my friends. They are your one-stop shop!

This is by far one of the best if not the best storage facility in Tyler, Tx. Not only are the facility’s well taken care of the staff and particularly Lana are astoundingly superb at taking care of their customers! They go above and beyond to make things the easiest for you. Owning Elite Moving in Tyler I have dealt with and have to go into and work with Storage facility’s on a daily business. I’ve seen some of the worst conditions and even live rats opening units at other facility’s, so please trust me when I say you are well taken care of here. They also have a full security system and code entry gates. 5 star service for a 5 storage facility.
